To raise awareness, promote and position their initiatives, Digital Catapult is looking to appoint a video production company to create a series of creative and engaging videos. It is anticipated that a maximum of three (3) Suppliers shall be appointed within this Framework. However, Digital Catapult reserves the right to appoint fewer or more than this number if deemed to be in their best interests to do so. Digital Catapult shall source the Services from this Framework agreement by using the following method: Direct award, i.e., Digital Catapult can select which framework supplier will work with for any individual order on a case by case basis. However, the Customer reserves the right to carry out a mini competition, if deemed appropriate. The initial Contract term shall be for a period of one (1) year with an option for Digital Catapult to extend for up to two (2) further periods of one (1) year each, at its discretion. Digital Catapult does not guarantee any volume or value of work from this Contract. However, it is anticipated that the maximum total value (including any extensions) for this Framework may be in the region of GBP 150,000 (excluding VAT). Digital Catapult is looking to appoint suppliers to provide videography services including, but not to be limited to: 1. Developing a script and story board/video objectives based on a clear brief that conveys Digital Catapult key messages and branding 2. Filming (interviews, b-roll footage, etc) 3. Use of animation and graphics (including top and tail with Digital Catapult branding, CTA in the outro) 4. Music 5. Professional video editing and post-production 6.
