Electrical infrastructure upgrades, including LV distribution, containment, lighting, emergency lighting, UPS (where applicable) and associated controls. Builder's works, structural alterations, fire stopping and architectural finishes. Installation and commissioning of associated fire alarm, access control and communication systems. Testing, commissioning, validation, certification, training and provision of Operation & Maintenance manuals and as-built information. The successful Contractor shall be expected to deliver the works in accordance with all relevant legislation and guidance, including but not limited to: Health Technical Memoranda (HTMs).
