Claritas Group is the Construction manager and any successful Contract will be let between Medway Council and the Trade Contractor. This opportunity is for the appointment of a Screed Contractor. The scope of works will include, but not be limited to the supply, offloading, distribution and installation of the screed flooring to all properties.
