## Notice

Sandwell MBC have a requirement to furnish and replenish items of furniture, beds and sundry items for its short term homeless properties. Sandwell MBC currently have a number of properties spread throughout the borough. This contract is required to replace any items that are damaged or missing once a property is vacated. These items are divided into the following lots: Lot 1, Bedroom, living room and dining furniture, including sofa beds and bunk beds Lot 2, Bedding Lot 3, Kitchen utensils The estimated contract value is PS20,000 and the contract period will be for 2 years starting 1 August 2021 to 31 July 2023. However, this information is intended to assist with the preparation of your bid. The Council does not bind itself to this or any other figure and is not a guarantee of business which may be generated from this contract.
