The Client is seeking bidders who can demonstrate a willingness to work closely with its team to deliver the development programme in both a proactive and collaborative manner. The Framework will be awarded to a maximum of three Contractors per Lot as set out in the procurement documents. For all Lots individual contracts will be called-off through direct award to a contractor chosen from any contractor included on the Framework at the sole discretion of OCS.
