Specifically, the project aims to examine the following objectives at an individual organisational level and in aggregate across the FS sector: * How financial capability is viewed and financial capability thinking and initiatives are governed within financial services businesses; * How financial capability is defined and measured; * What business case (if any) is made for improving the financial capability of customers; * How financial capability is supported within the organisation, whether this is through products, services or CSR funding, potentially through a 'foundation' or separate arm of the business.
