This will mitigate the need to enter the same data into multiple systems, reduce the risk of input errors, create greater efficiencies and can provide a real time data to inform better management decision-making. The Council has an estate portfolio covering a diverse range of properties including schools, children and adult social care, libraries, land for highways improvement, car parking, housing, shops, offices, industrial and operational Council premises.
