Workstream 1b comprises the installation of High Heat Retention storage heating systems and solid fuel stoves to 82 properties off the mains gas grid in Shropshire and installation of modern heating controls to 50 properties on mains gas in Hereford. The successful contractor will be appointed through a JCT (Joint Contracts Tribunal) Standard Building Contract and complete the Works to the design and specification information provided.
