## Notice

As part of yearly accountancy practices Advance Northumberland require annual asset re-valuations to be carried out across their commercial portfolio. The appointment will be for a 3-year period, and we require a full comprehensive on-site inspection and a detailed report in the first year. Years 2 and 3 are to be carried out via desktop revaluations of previous years' values (with updated tenancy schedules and property changes provided by Advance Northumberland, 3 months prior to valuation date).
