## Notice

Working within this Agreement, arange of Supported Living Providers are available to meet the diverse needs of adults with Learning Disabilities and/or Autism by providing appropriate housing related and social care support relating to individual needs. This service specification is for Supported Living Services for adults with a Learning Disability and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder who have been assessed as meeting 'critical' or 'substantial' needs as defined by the Milton Keynes Council Eligibility Criteria for Services and who live within the Borough of Milton Keynes.
