Ofwat's office space is a combination of cellular and open plan workspace. Please note that there is a potential of the occupied space to be reduced by circa 2,000 sq. ft. at some point during the Term of the contract. If this is the case, then it is expected that the cost of the Services will also be reduced to reflect this reduction. Ofwat will keep the Supplier informed as soon as it is able to.
