*This is for information only, as the contract has been awarded* Following the successful SHF wave 3 consortium bid with Thriving Communities led by Places for People, West Kent Housing Association needs to appoint a contractor to deliver the work included in the bid. Works include PV panels, ASHP, cavity and loft insulation, doors, and windows. We require delivery of these works in compliance with PAS2035, including retrofit assessments and submission of all KPI and evidence required for the SHF wave 3 bid. We will be seeking delivery of this contract with a turnkey approach, where the contractor is responsible for survey, design, delivery and grant income.
