## Notice

This will be a multi supplier Framework for the provision of small scale Civil Engineering Works. The framework will work on a ranking supplier basis. Details of the framework are; * Location - City of York * Project Value Range - up to PS250,000 * Number of lots - 1 * Maximum number of suppliers on lot - 6 * Framework Call off Procedure: Primarily Direct Award (based on highest ranking company) and option for Further Competition if required. * Estimated Annual throughput of Framework - PS1m per annum * Form of Contract - Engineering and Construction Short Contract (ECSC) * Performance Review - Annual review of the Supplier's performance will be carried out by CYC in the anniversary month of the contract start date. The Contract will be for a period of 24months/2 years with an option to extend for a further period of 24months/2eyars. Therefore the total possible Contract duration is 48months/4years (24 months + 12 months + 12 months)
