It is essential that the Activity Plan has a good fit with the project's vision, strategic objectives, and the NLHF round 1 application outcomes. It will ensure that communities are deeply embedded in the Living Barracks project, building a sense of ownership, belonging and pride. The Activity Plan must be written in line with NLHF guidelines on Planning Activities in Heritage Projects. The Activity Plan will be developed in conjunction with the Interpretation Plan for the project, ensuring the two seamlessly work together and enhance each other's outputs. Additional information: Applicants are invited to provide a maximum of 5 sides of A4 including the following information: - proposed approach to the project, - timetable with key milestones, - fee per day and estimated number of days required for the work, including all associated costs, - outline of consultant's relevant prior expertise, - 2 appropriate references.
