Visual Impairment Transcription Services will be purchased from the Contractor as and when needed. The Contractor must be able to provide the following services - - Transcription from Text to Audio - Transcription to Braille - Transcription to Large Print The transcriptions will be as and when they are needed and are expected to be produced within 7 days.
