Description of the modifications Scape Group will extend the Regional Construction Framework (Framework) for a period of 12 months and it will remain live and available for call-offs until 26/08/2027. During this extension period, Scape will be advertising and putting in place a replacement framework arrangement. Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances: The extension is a permitted modification under Regulation 72(1)(e) and Regulation 72 1(f) (an insubstantial change below 15% of the framework agreement) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015. The extension is considered insubstantial as the scope of works remains unchanged and there has been no increase to the value of the Framework. The estimated value of the overall Framework as stated in the original contract notice 2021/S 000-020003 remains unaltered.
