The contractor will be expected to demolish the complex down to ground level and all below ground foundations, services and drainage are to be removed, apart from surface water drain that services the parking area adjacent to NWL dwellings which must be retained and any connection sealed off. The site will be available for demolition between 2 January and 31 March 2017.
