1. Now in its sixth year, the 'Women in Diplomacy' project aims to bring a cohort of female diplomats from the UK and seven European countries: Italy, Spain, France, Germany, Poland, The Netherlands, Norway, and the EEAS, which will be a new addition for this year, together for a career development programme. This programme will focus on development areas such as personal branding, goal setting, negotiation, communication and leadership skills. It will also invite female leaders in government to share best practice and identify common challenges and opportunities. The external training provider will develop, deliver, facilitate, and evaluate a series of career development training workshops for up to 40 new female participants. The external training provider will write a final report on the key outcomes of the training.
