The Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) is for the provision of design Services to County Durham Housing Group and its subsidiaries. Individual contracts will be advertised via mini competition under the DPS by the group communications team. Currently the Group Communications Team is responsible for the management of five corporate brands: 1. County Durham Housing Group 2. Dale & Valley Homes 3. Durham City Homes 4. East Durham Homes 5. Group Property Services While all part of a group structure, each organisation has its own visual identity which require a design function to maintain their on and offline presence and the group will continue to maintain five individual identities for the foreseeable future. Due to the demands of the marketing and communications sector, in terms of corporate branding, PR, design for traditional offline media, website platforms and the ever-changing face of social media, the group's design requests are becoming more varied and require a dynamic and flexible solution.
