## Notice

The building fabric will be including new ceiling, wall and floor finishes, along with new external windows and internal doors. In early 2023, the area has been stripped out of all furniture and equipment including building services and building fabric finishes. There may be some minor elements of removal required such as the lifting beam and associated services
