The aim is to understand how DHSC can: * Help social care employers make more effective and efficient use of international recruitment to address workforce shortages and improve services. * Ensure the care sector can recruit international staff effectively, ethically, and safely, protecting workers from exploitation. * Make the process less complex and more streamlined for employers and for potential recruits. DHSC will hold an information event via Teams webinar on 25 August with the possibility of a second event on 30 August if most interested providers cannot attend the first event.
