## Summary

The United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority has awarded a contract for Cleaning Services, valued at £3.9 million, to OCS. The contract, which covers various cleaning requirements at the UKAEA Culham Campus in the South East region, has a period of three years starting from May 1, 2023. The procurement exercise was conducted through the Crown Commercial Services Framework RM6130.

The contract presents ongoing potential for expansion as the UKAEA campus continues to grow and additional offices are expected to be included in the agreement during the contract term. Businesses offering office, building, and window cleaning services are well-placed to compete for this opportunity.
