We are open to ideas and seeking a Strategic Partner that will bring innovation, ambition and forward thinking approaches in helping us design and enable a long lasting cultural change programme. The programme would be delivered in two phases - Phase 1 is the discovery phase consisting of Diagnostics, Analysis and Engagement and Phase 2 comprises of Design, Communication and Delivery of the programme following on from the insights from Phase 1 . During Phase 2, the Strategic Partner would be required to collaborate with additional partner(s) to design and deliver any required interventions such as engagement activities, workshops and capability building sessions. The Council would welcome consortia bids. A Supplier briefing session will hold on 20th February 2020 at City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, SW1E 6QP where we will go through our Vision for the programme.
