## Notice

The University is seeking to appoint a design team to take forward the design of the Adrian Building Fire Stopping Project from RIBA Stage 2 (Concept Design) through to completion (RIBA Stage 7). The supplier will also provide advice to the University on the procurement of a construction supplier during RIBA Stages 2 & 3. Due to the nature of the design services the University anticipates that a Building Services Engineer will lead the design team. This procurement does not includes Principal Designer, Project Manager & Quantity Surveying Services as these appointments will be made separately by the University.
