The contract start date is estimated for Jan 2025, with service delivery due to commence on 1 April 2025. This requirement falls under the Light Touch Regime (those set out in Schedule 3 - Social and other specific services of the PCR 2015), and has a value below those set out in Regulation 5 PCR 2015.
