New build: 914m2, Refurb: 228m2. Total:1142m2 The target construction programme runs from March 2019 to March 2020. The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement, and the contract will be awarded on the basis of the following split: quantitative assessment (60%) / qualitative assessment (40%).
