The estimated size of the structure would be approximately: 20.00m (Span Width) x 70.0m (long) with an eave height of 6.20m The building will need artificial lighting heating and cooling. Synopsis: The provision of a temporary temperature-controlled (3-8 degrees Celsius) warehouse facility of 5000sqm with ancillary offices with welfare, racking, appropriate machinery to operate the unit, security fencing and temporary lighting". Worcestershire County Council is looking for a supplier that can provide and erect a structure on a fixed term rental of 12 months. The basis of the contract would be on a fixed call off contract retainer with a minimum term of 5 years. Availability & erection would be at short notice at pre-defined locations within Worcestershire with the delivery co-ordinated from the supplier's central site. It is on this basis that we invite suitable suppliers to provide a full turn-key project compliant quotation, to deliver this project within set time scales.
