As the scheme will supersede an existing scheme which expires 31st March 2017 there will be an element of implementation, which will need to be undertaken by the provider prior to the start of the new contract. The contract is for a period of 3 years commencing on 1st April 2017 and expiring on 31st March 2020 with the potential for a one year extension taking the contract to 31st March 2021.
