Rochdale Development Agency (RDA), with our associated partners, wishes to appoint an agency to develop and launch a location promotion campaign for Atom Valley in Greater Manchester. Atom Valley is the largest of six growth locations in Greater Manchester and includes three prime employment sites in Bury, Oldham and Rochdale. The core component of the campaign will be a website to communicate the Atom Valley opportunity to our target audiences.
