As a consequence of its proposed contractual undertaking to the Authority, the Supplier will provide a comprehensive 24-hour responsive RMV service to all tenure types of the Authority's existing residential social housing properties, and any and all of the Authority's future social housing acquisitions during the proposed term, in accordance with the Authority's requirements where these are detailed in the tender documents.
