## Notice

UKAEA ran an open competition to award a contract to a company offering an open source searching platform which would enable UKAEA to meet minimum compliance with the Procurement Act 2023, National Security Act 2023, National Security and Investment Act 2021, HM Government functional standard 007-security, information security and personnel security minimum technical security standards in a cost effective and timely manner by enhancing our awareness of security threats and risks and reducing our attack face to such risks. In addition, the awarded solution will help form and support UKAEA policy on international cooperation and partnerships with both states and business entities, commercial and procurement activities, managing information about UKAEA in open internet sources as well personnel security and insider risk mitigation, whilst supporting People & Culture Department functions. This is an award notice only not a call to competition. Contract is awarded on the basis of 1+1 = 2 years in total subject to on-going funding decisions. Values are inclusive of VAT.
