## Summary

The successful bidder, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, is expected to commence work on 28 January 2025 for a contract period ending on 22 May 2025. This comprehensive review seeks to ensure that the supportive measures under the scheme reach the intended households and properties, facilitating evidence-based policy design and best practices in delivery management. The total contract value is £486,111.11, and the procurement process was an accelerated open procedure to enable swift engagement in this critical review. The work will cover locations including the British Overseas Territories, Channel Islands, Europe, Isle of Man, Rest of the World, and the United Kingdom, particularly focusing on the regions listed in the United Kingdom.
