This project will form part of a wider scheme of energy decarbonisation within the City and is a key element of the City Plan , and 2030 Carbon Neutral Strategy The Council intends to appoint consultants to undertake Initial Site Assessments and Detailed Feasibility for the installation of solar canopy systems on surface car parks and multi-storey car parks with complementary energy storage solutions.
