The Framework Agreement is divided into five lots covering specific areas of expertise and the University envisage appointing up to four Service Providers in each lot, although the University reserves the right to vary this number. Tenderers can bid for one or more lots. Further information on each of the lots is given in the Tender Specification/Scope of Service in Section 2 of the invitation to tender (ITT). The University is conducting a below threshold procurement exercise (ie below the OJEU services threshold) to establish the Framework Agreement for the Business Bridge (Phase 2) Experts Panel. The current Business Bridge project has proved to be very successful and Keele University has applied for funding to continue Business Bridge Phase 2 for a further 3 years from 1st January 2019 to 31st December 2021. This tender is applicable to that time period from 1/1/2019 to 31/12/2021. Business Bridge Phase 2 will be part funded from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) as part of the European Structural and Investment Funds England Growth Programme 2014-2020.
