Red Cross wishes to establish a Framework Agreement for the provision of Power Generation for Emergency Response Units (ERUs) with a number of suitably qualified and experienced suppliers who shall support various requirements. The Services required under this Framework Agreement shall include, but will not be limited to: - Power generation for a small office (which covers 5-10 laptops, printers, phone chargers and communications equipment chargers, e.g. radios, BGAN, satphone); and - Power generation for a warehouse tent - potential usage for lighting, charging batteries and power tools as well as cooling / heating items depending on the content. It is also possible that a few people will work out of this setup as well so a small office setup needs to be an option. Please refer to our Statement of Requirements, as detailed within the Invitation to Tender, for the full scope of Products.
