## Notice

The proposed work requires the design and construction of a two storey modular temporary accommodation school for up to 180 pupils, including car parking, cycle stand and soft / hard standing. The successful Contractor will be appointed on a D&B basis and responsible for progressing any additional surveys required and design development based on the specification provided in the tender documents. The proposed form of contract is a JCT Intermediate Building Contract with Design (ICD) 2016 with standard ESFA amendments. The final appointment of the Contractor will be on the basis of the criteria to be published in the tender documents. The tender documents will be available on 27th March 2018, with tender returns due by 12:00noon on 10th April 2018.
