## Summary

The Foreign & Commonwealth Office is seeking proposals for the "Chevening Rolls Royce Science & Innovation Fellowship", a programme aimed at distinguished Indian MPs to discuss key contemporary issues. The procurement process is at the Award stage, with the contract having been awarded to St. Cross College, University of Oxford, on June 1, 2017. The contract covers the period from April 2, 2018, to April 1, 2021, and is valued at £973,524.90. The programme falls under the Administration Services category (CPV code: 75100000) and will take place in London, United Kingdom. The initial tender period ended on March 3, 2017.

This fellowship programme presents a unique opportunity for educational and training organisations specialising in parliamentary and governmental affairs, particularly those with strong links to UK higher education. Providers capable of delivering high-quality educational experiences and networking opportunities for international parliamentarians would be well-suited to compete. Given the emphasis on knowledge-sharing and the development of international relations, businesses that can offer innovative courses tailored to the needs of distinguished guests will likely find growth potential in this procurement.
