The aim of this procurement is to ensure people in these localities have access to and get the very best possible care when they need it and live long, healthy, and happy lives. Herts and West Essex Integrated Care Board (ICB) is looking for a patient-centred approach to care delivery that is user friendly and culturally sensitive and encompasses national and local public health targets. We are also looking for providers who can demonstrate a willingness to deliver a number of key design principles e.g. improving access and promoting prevention and self-care, as part of core service delivery. Market engagement is being conducted in two ways: (i) interested providers are being asked to complete and return a response to the Request for Information questionnaire which sets out a number of key questions that commissioners are considering to support the design of the model, and to inform the procurement approach; and (ii) inviting interested providers to attend a market engagement event via Microsoft Teams Webinar on Friday 22nd December 2022.
