This is a predominantly underground structure expected to be largely of reinforced concrete comprising a central spine tunnel with windows opening onto the soil either side. We would like to seek a full Structural Engineering service for the project. Included information: *Plans and sections of the proposed building *Site plans Professional services scope is to be the Association of Consulting Engineers (ACE) Schedule of Services Civil and Structural Engineering Single Consultant or Non-lead Consultant Schedule of Services (2011).) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. The period of the contract will be determined with the successful supplier.
