GMCA wish to crate a Flexible Procurement System to fulfill the following objective. * To create a single Procurement System that allows easier and quicker commissioning of education, work and skills activity by GMCA. * To minimise the timescale for procurement activity for GMCA * To reduce confusion and administration whilst creating opportunities for a wider range of Suppliers to bid for GMCA commissioned activity.
