The Council has some responsibility for approximately 99 premises, car parks and electrical installations across the North Herts District. The majority of the compliance works are provided to 48 of these assets (premises etc) which are located within the major urban centres. The Council intends to procure a multi-supplier Framework Agreement divided into three Lots. The Lots are defined as follows: Lot 1: Mechanical and Multiskilled Maintenance Tasks Lot 2: Electrical Maintenance Tasks Lot 3: Fire Safety Equipment Maintenance Tasks Potential Suppliers may bid for one or all Lots. No more than five Suppliers will be appointed to any Lot. This Framework Agreement is reserved for Small Medium Enterprises (SME).
