Works will be delivered via fixed cost contract under the JCT Minor Works 2016 Contract, (MW) with Hillingdon's bespoke amendments. Under the process, prospective bidders are required to complete a supplier questionnaire and its associated appendices and provide a fixed price for completing the chosen Lot. The programme is broken down into Lots as follows: Lot 1 - 531 Properties Lot 2 - 531 Properties Lot 3 - 532 Properties Lot 4 - Lots 1, 2 and 3 combined The estimated value for each of Lots 1, 2 and 3 is PS350k Lot 4 is estimated at PS1m Full details of this opportunity and the requirements are included in the procurement and contract documents.
