## Notice

This procurement seeks to enter into additional block purchasing agreements that will offer additional and fixed capacity for Older Persons residential care. By securing such capacity the Purchaser will be in a stronger position to be able to manage increasing demand within existing financial and market based constraints.Transitional and Reablement Beds will provide various levels of support to Older Persons who require a period of further assessment to determine their longer term needs with the focus being on returning home. This will be achieved in partnership between Purchaser and the Provider. The requirements will be in respect of two lots. One for Lincolnshire County Council and one for Lincolnshire Community Health Services there will be 84 beds initially specified although this could increase to a maximum total of 120 beds.
