This procurement is reserved to providers based in the London Borough of Hackney. Hackney's adventure playgrounds provide free adventure play provisions for young people and their families. They are open 5 days a week all year round. During term time they are open after school and during the day in school holidays. The playgrounds are well used by young people and their families. Expressions of interest are invited for the running of an Adventure Playground from the Council owned site at Stoke Newington: Butterfield Green, 69 Shakespeare Walk N16 8TB The contract will be for 1 year from 1st April 2022 with an option to extend for a further 4 years in increments of 1 year subject to funding. The Council will be carrying out an Open Tender process, and the expected budget for the service will be PS59k per annum over the five (5) year period. The Council anticipates that the Transfer of Undertakings (TUPE) may apply to this contract.
