The orders vary from 1 print request to thousands. The system currently used is 20 + years old and has not been supported for several years. It runs on Vista and is not compatible with the current Windows Operating system & Office 365. No back-ups are taken. There is a requirement to replace this existing system so that it is compliant with the current ICT infrastructure and security. The replacement system is to be supplied on an initial 2-year contract with the option to extend for up to a further 2 years, with full support and maintenance. Applicants are required to submit prices for the initial contract period and the optional extension period.
