## Summary

The Ministry of Defence, located in Whitehall, London, is in the planning stage of a public procurement process titled "RFI for The Provision of Military Operational Specialist Team Training (MOSTT) - Cadaveric Surgical Skills Training". This procurement falls under the industry category of education and training services, with additional classification in surgical specialist services. The training aims to prepare military surgeons and perioperative care practitioners for damage control surgery in austere environments. Potential suppliers should note that the engagement end date is on 17th February 2025. This is a market engagement phase, seeking input from suppliers about the potential provision of the service.

This tender represents a substantial opportunity for businesses specialising in surgical training and logistics. SMEs and VCSEs are particularly encouraged to participate. The training program requires the capacity to deliver a 6-table cadaver course over three days, with provisions for up to 24 candidates and faculty, alongside secure and efficient logistic management. Ideally, businesses with experience in advanced medical training facilities, logistics management, and a capability to replicate military-standard environments are best suited to compete. Engaging in this process could result in significant business growth and the establishment of long-term relationships with the Ministry of Defence.
