## Notice

KMBC is looking for a Service Provider to provide positive behaviour support to adults and children in Knowsley who have a learning disability or Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), and are displaying behaviour that challenges. The service should aim to enhance community based support and reduce reliance on specialist learning disability in-patient services and out of area placements by working with families and providers. Due to the Council's obligations of fairness and equal treatment to all bidders it cannot accept amendments to its terms and conditions or alternative terms and conditions. If you seek to amend the Council's terms and conditions or submit alternative terms and conditions the Council may reject your quotation.
