Maintenance service to include annual on-site Preventive Maintenance (including parts, labour, travel and expenses) 2. On-site repair services, including 2.1 Unlimited on-site troubleshooting and repair visits (including travel and labour) 2.2 Parts, consumables and supplies required for repair, including detector lamps 2.3 Provision of appropriate loan unit (if available) if on-site repair is impractical 2.4 Response time as on-site within two working days or less of the fault being logged. 3.
