Electrical Services Contract The works comprise: - Electrical Installations Programmed inspection and testing of domestic electrical installations, including remedying Classification Code C1 & C2 defects, and Landlord's electrical installations. Complete or partial renewal of electrical installations within dwellings. Complete or partial renewal of Landlord's electrical installations. Domestic fire alarm installations. NOTE: Other than remedying defects, Response Repairs will be carried out by the Employer. Photovoltaic Installations a) Programmed inspection, testing and maintenance of photovoltaic installations including remedial works. b) Response repairs Emergency Lighting Installations Programmed inspection, testing and maintenance of emergency lighting installations including remedial works. Response repairs Portable Appliance Testing Programmed inspection and testing of portable appliances Lightning Conductors Programmed inspection, testing and maintenance of lightning conductor installations including remedial works. Response repairs Laterals Testing and maintenance of rising laterals Repairs and upgrades
