## Notice

The adviser will be expected to advise and report to Ministers as required, and to share the experience and insight from operational RAAs across the wider system, particularly RAA projects in development. This may extend to utilising other forums, such as the Adoption and Special Guardianship Leadership Board, to share best practice as widely as possible, and identifying how adoption and special guardianship orders are best placed within the wider framework of permanence options and children's social care.
